I'm a buyer.  What are your fees?

Buyer's agent fees are traditionally paid for by the Seller at closing.  Therefore, there are no direct fees for you to utilize my services.  I adore the "hunt" to find the right home for YOU!

I see a lot of other agencies advertise all over the place.  I haven't seen you do that. Why?

I work strictly on referral and word of mouth and through relationship building.  I do not invest in agency marketing.  The marketing I do is specifically for the purpose of selling my client's properties, not to promote my business. 

How will you find potential buyers for my property?

Presentation is so very important for your listing to stand out.  Before we "go live," i will help you to stage your home and take high-quality photos.  In addition, I will utilize online options available in this high-tech world including listings in the RMLS, Zillow, Trulia, and other real estate websites.  I will also hold open houses if you desire.  Your home will be sold if I am granted the listing.

Why are you a Realtor?

I am passionate about real estate! It is so very fun helping people find their dream home, and investors to find the perfect property to round out their portfolios.  I became a Realtor after  a not-so-great experience as a first time homebuyer. The agent was more concerned about their commission than my growing family and me. Please know that your goals and needs will be my number top priority.
